Our Mission

Six Counties Welcome Back / West Central Texas(WBWCT) has set as its mission to assist ex-offenders as they return to society in their respective county. Our goal is to assist those returning from incarceration on parole to improve themselves, improve the surrounding community, and prevent the parolee from returning to prison.
